Classification of science as a methodological subject supports epistemology of science and drawing the geometry of science in Islamic civilization. Such a classification in Islamic civilization appeared following translation age and  was  known as necessary for preparing the diagram of developing sciences and civilization. Jabir Ibn Hayyan was among those classifying sciences before awareness with Greek sciences. His dual classification of sciences and his attention to the tradition of symmetry-making has proposed this hypothesis that the classifications done by the next generations of scholars under the influence of Aristotle can be seen in Jaber`s. This paper has sought to introduce Jaber`s classification and its effects in Islamic civilization.
