fa تکاپوهای زنان در عرصه دانش و خدمات پزشکی از تجربه تا عمل در تمدن اسلامی عصر عباسی تاریخ پزشکی پژوهشی <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">دانش پزشکی در زمره علوم مهم تمدنی است. گرچه می‌توان فعالیت بانوان را دربخش سلامت خانواده و خدمات پزشکی، چون درمانگری تجربی و حتی پیشگیری از بیماری‌های معمول با بهره‌گیری از دانش طب خانگی، پرستاری، مهارت‌های پزشکی در امر زایمان و ... بررسی کرد، اما تاکنون مطالعه مستقلی در سهم‌سنجی آنان در مطالعات دانش پزشکی تمدنی دیده نشده است و اینکه: اساساً تکاپوهای علمی ـ مهارتی و تجربی بانوان در تاریخ تمدن اسلامی در حوزه دانش پزشکی، کادر پزشکی و فعالیت های طبی منجر به ترویج دانش پزشکی در عصر عباسیان چه بوده است؟ پاسخ این سوال تنها با روشی توصیفی (به‌مثابه تاریخ) تحلیلی و استنتاجی (به اعتبار منابع) قابل دریافت است. زیرا منابع در ارائه اطلاعات مربوط به زنان به‌ویژه خدمات پزشکی صراحت لازم را ندارند. در عصر عباسیان با رشد دامنه تمدنی و به‌ویژه با ظهور زنان قدرتمند درباری، تکاپوهای علمی زنان در توسعه دانش پزشکی و رشد همه‌جانبه خدمات پزشکی رو‌به‌فزونی نهاد. با استناد به منابع تاریخی، تکاپوهای زنان در عرصه خدمات پزشکی و درمانگری، با وقف اماکن و تجهیزات پزشکی، تأسیس بیمارستان، توسعه بهداشت عمومی و ... در رونق دانش پزشکی تمدن اسلامی بسیار مؤثر بود.</span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">Medical knowledge is one of the important sciences of civilization. Although women&#39;s activity in the field of family health and medical services, such as experimental therapy and even prevention of common diseases can be examined using the knowledge of home medicine, nursing, medical skills in childbirth, etc., but so far an independent study has not been done to highlight their contributions in the mentioned field. The main question is, &quot;what were the scientific skills and experimental endeavors of the women in the history of Islamic civilization in the field of medical knowledge, medical staff and medical activities that led to the promotion of medical knowledge in the Abbasid era? The answer to this question can only be obtained in a descriptive method (based on history) as well as an analytical and inferential method (according to the sources). In fact, the sources are not explicit in providing information about the women, especially their medical services. In the Abbasid era, with the growth of civilization and especially with the emergence of powerful court women, women&#39;s scientific endeavors in the development of medical knowledge and the all-round growth of the medical services increased.
