| Empowerment is the process of empowering people, which has a special place in the system of civilization maturity. The actions of Imam Askari (AS) in the realization of this process in the individual structure, organizational structure and leadership style led to the strengthening of Shiite identity, empowering thoughts, creating a sense of self-efficacy and increasing the skills of Shiites in facing the challenges and threats. Therefore, his actions, attentions, emphasis and campaigning style played an important role in the continuity and strengthening of the Imamiyyah community to enter the age of occultation. The purpose of this article is to discuss the measures taken by Imam Askari (AS) in empowering Shiites by carrying out a theoretical analysis of the historical data. It examines the prerequisites and empowerment process in the field of human resource management in Imam Askari's tradition. In a descriptive and analytical manner by relying on the main historical and hadith sources, this article answers the question of how did Imam Askari empower the Imamiyyah community in the critical political and social conditions to avoid falling into the abyss of collapse? |
