Individual and social behaviors mainly have an origin and source. Paying attention to the elements of insight and value as behavioral elements of the cultural system is essential in the behavioral analysis of any society. In fact, the etymology and origin of behavior play an important role in behavioral analysis. Accordingly, in the analysis of the behavior of any society, we need an etymological approach to the emergence of the aforementioned behavior. On this basis, the present study has considered the worshipful behaviors such as idolatry, worship of celestial bodies, worship of angels and demons, and the pilgrimage of the pre-Islamic society from the perspective of their origins and causes of occurrence using a descriptive-analytical method, and it was determined that the origin of such behaviors was the existence of incorrect insights in the pre-Islamic society. Behavioral etymology is actually a type of cultural analysis in which the cultural actor is analyzed and analyzed in terms of the etiology of behavior. Thus, ignorant behaviors have the ability to develop in a transtemporal and transspatial manner.
