This research focuses on the main question: How did the content of the Prophet's Treaties with tribal representatives lead to the gradual formation of a centralized administrative structure and national identity in the Arabian Peninsula? This article, using a historical-analytical method and relying on documents and sources as well as a critical review of contemporary research, examines the nature, goals, and achievements of these treaties. The findings show that the content of the treaties evolved from purely religious and devotional concepts (such as zakat) to complex administrative, financial, and legal mechanisms, such as censuses, precise determination of taxes and tributes, issuance of land ownership documents, and determination of boundaries. This development, beyond the conclusion of simple pledges of allegiance, was in fact a model for the establishment of the first Islamic nation-state centered in Medina, which was achieved through the institutionalization of laws, the economic integration of scattered tribes, and the definition of a common identity centered on Islam. Therefore, these treaties should be considered evidence of the Prophet's intelligent diplomacy and systematization to create a sustainable political, economic, and social order beyond the tribes' pledge of allegiance to the Medinan state from the beginning of the year 9 AH.
