The formation and expanding of religious and social thoughts has been one of the most important subject investigated by researchers in the field of history and civilization. The subject of these research is the fields and factors of Maliki jurisprudence entering Andalusia and its localization according to its social field. Among the fields for Maliki jurisprudence enterence in Andalusia, we can indicate to jurisprudence and hadith authority of Medina in the Islamic lands in the second century and the population composition of Andalusian people. The research findings indicate that factors such as the support Umayyad government of the Andalusia to Malik's jurisprudence, the jurists emphasis to expanding this jurisprudence, pilgrimages and hadith journeys of Andalusian people to Hejaz; led to the localization of Malik's jurisprudence in the social contex of Andalusia. In fact, the jurists in the framework of Malik's jurisprudence in the social context of Andalusia were influenced by the ideas of other jurists such as Uza'i, Laith bin Saad and Shafi'i; And they tried to localize Maliki jurisprudence. |
